New surplus parts are those that are new in the box and have never been placed in service.
The surplus means that they were purchased from a source other than the original manufacturer.
Reconditioned parts are previously used and have undergone reconditioning. They are cleaned, lubricated and reassembled to operate under normal usage.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all freight charges. RMAs must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. No returns after 45 days.
