Claims for shortages must be submitted in writing within 5 days from receipt of material. J&P Electrical Company LLC liability is limited to replacing defective material. All refurbished and new equipment sold by J&P Electrical Company LLC is guaranteed to be free of defect for a period of 1 year (unless otherwise stated) from the time of shipment, under the condition that the product has been installed and operated properly. This warranty excludes all items sold "as-is". All items proven defective within the 1-year period will be replaced by J&P Electrical Company LLC. In the event that we cannot provide a replacement your monies will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any consequential losses or damages outside of the defective product as well as any replacements or repairs performed by another party without our written authorization.
All orders less than 150 lbs. will be shipped via UPS. All bulky and overweight items will be shipped freight with a common carrier. Shipping insurance must be requested at time of sale. All shipping and handling charges will be billed to customer's place of business unless specified otherwise. If you wish to have items shipped on your account, you must provide all account information and instructions at the time of sale. Packaging and handling costs may still apply. We can accommodate shipments on just about any carrier, and we ship worldwide.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight charges. RMA’s (return merchandise agreement) must be requested within 30 days of invoice date. There are NO RETURNS after 45 days. A 2% late fee applies if paid beyond due date. Claims for shortages must be submitted in writing within 5 days from receipt of material. Any returned products that are not packaged properly and suffer damage are not the responsibility of J&P Electrical Company LLC.
